This is actually a Spring, Summer, and Autumn greeting all rolled into one…

It has been far too long since I gave GreenLeaf Kitchen any love. I let all the busy and distracting bits of my crazy life get the better of me. (you can read this post for a bit of what I’ve been going through) I’ve been working at finding some semblance of balance between the unsettling curve-balls that life likes to toss in and the grounding elements of everything that GreenLeaf is. So now it is time to get back to it, to pour at least half of my energies into GreenLeaf Kitchen.

I miss you guys, I miss creating and sharing recipes, I miss GreenLeaf Kitchen. It feels so good to be back at the keyboard devoting energy to this crazy idea, in hopes that my experiences might inspire and maybe even help some of you out there.

OK, so maybe GreenLeafKitchen won’t really get half my energy, my hubby and kids still get the biggest half, and I’m back in school, so that’s another half… and sleep, that’s an important one, hmmm, that’s like 3 or 4 halves…

Stay tuned for some health updates, keep me company while I try more diet tweaks, enjoy some new, and hopefully, delicious recipes. And maybe even a bit of travel as I try getting out of town for some much-needed perspective and relaxation.
