YESTERDAY’S SNACK: YUCAN CRACKERS WITH APPLE AND CINNAMON

Snacking is one of those areas where it can be a challenge to remain healthy. I tend to try and treat this challenge the same way that I treatΒ most of my cooking. Make it fun and make it special. This time instead of just breaking out Yucan Crackers I also added almond butter, apple slices, cinnamon and just a pinch of salt to bring out the sweet flavors.

A little decadenceΒ goes a long way.
